La ubicació inmillorable si vols estar a prop de Little Havana. No trigues ni 5 minuts en arribar a Calle 8. També si vols anar al estadi dels Marlins, nodaltres vem trigar poc més de 20 minuts caminant. El Sergio va resoldre les complicacions que vam tenir molt rapidament i es va portar molt bé amb nosaltres. L’apartament és petit però funcional, net i ben equipat. Hem estats molt agraits de tenir l’aire condicionat. Es pot deixar el cotxe a la porta i no agafar-lo en tots els dies que estas allotjat.

És una mica petit si portes molt d’equipatge.

A/C needs upgrade. Bathroom ceiling needs some attention.

Location was excellent. Parking very there was great. Spacious. It is a cute place. Great potential. Getting in was easy and owner was very responsive. I communicated all issues and they replied quickly. Hopefully they fixed everything.

Floors were dirty. Walking around the house turned your feet or socks brown. The a/c unit in the bedroom smelled terribly musty. We had to turn it off. Thankfully it was December and cool out. There were something like fleas or bedbugs in the couch/bed that bit my son when he slept on it. Somebody came and opened the locked key holder while we were gone. Thankfully we had the key with us. Again, i communicated all this to the owner and they thanked me and said they would address all of this.
