The location was perfect. It was a very short walk down to restaurants, shops and nightlife.
The little apartments are situated so they do directly face the road and the area was very pleasant. It was quiet, parking was available and the neighbors were friendly.

Two blocks from Little Havana tourist area.
Poor numbering on apartment complex. No hot water in kitchen sink and plumbing in bathroom needs repair. No heat in apartment on cool days and no space heaters available from management. No closet to hang up clothing.
