The location, close to the airport and Miami Downtown. The propoerty has a fenced shared green area in the outside of the apartment. The parking is close to the house just in front across the street.
There is a smell not so nice like an old house. The kitchen is a bit uncomfortable to use. Too small sink and low light to work in the kitchen. This place shares the building with other apartments. Even small movements in the other apartment are listened and especially at night.
