Recommendation: Rooms should have black out curtains to allow sleeping anytime during daylight
Should advise that House is shared with a Long-term tenant. Did not bother us, but good to know, as we arrived late at night and was confused about door entrance.

Customer service was exceptional.
Frank, the property manager (owner?) always responded promptly, pleasantly to our several concerns and went out of his way to address them and fix them.
If your goal is to be immersed in the Cuban, Hispanic culture (from roosters waking you up in the morning, to vibrant life night and great music until the wee hours of the morning) this is a perfect place. Location is very convenient, close to the Miami Airport, downtown Miami, and great beaches.
The house itself could use some TLC, but it's what you would expect in that area and, in general, fine, with brand new appliances and colorful decorations.
Most of the things we did not like -and there were a few- we addressed privately with management and, as stated before, were addressed promptly, professionally and pleasantly, so there's no need to dwell on them here.
About whether the property met our expectations, it's not a simple yes or no question. Let's say it's a qualified yes.
