Great location to visit the 2026 fanzone. Very cheap to uber into central Miami. We only stayed 1 night but apartment was very well equipped for a longer stay. Beds were comfortable and plenty of room for us 5 adults.
We had some difficulty with the lock entry but the communication form the property manager was extremely quick and helpful. There was no bedding for the bed settee but we used sheets from the other beds - I am sure if we had been staying more than 1 night this would have been quickly resolved so didn’t cause us a big issue.

Parking was adequate.
The location/neighborhood was near a freeway overpass which was a bit sketchy. The bed was too soft for our taste. The flies and little black bugs emerged more and more as we stayed. Bug spray was promised but never delivered. Request to extend a few hours was rejected.
