Short walk from bus station and train station, lighting in room was excellent.

We had booked a ground floor room but got given a 2nd floor room, when we checked in a man who I thought was staff took us to building B that houses Ukrainian refugees even although our room was in building A, it was very odd and unnerving, our room also lacked alot of the facilitaties our booking promised such as a hairdryer and kitchen, when we messaged reception to have items delivered they either didnt have them or just ignored our message, there was also a €42 tax at the end of our stay not mentioned anywhere on the booking.
