La ubicación cerca de todo y a pesar de estar en un punto súper céntrico pudimos descansar sin ruidos externos molestos
El ascensor solo pudimos usarlo para subir, para bajar con maletas tuvimos que hacerlo por las escaleras, suerte que estábamos en un primer piso, pero igual fue un poco complicado

Estaba muy céntrico, limpio y bastante bien equipado. Me gustó que tuviera diversas almohadas para poder elegir cuál era más cómoda.
La tapa del baño estaba rota, la mampara no cerraba bien. No tenía microondas y el hervidor estaba roto. Tampoco me gustó la acústica pero es algo comprensible estando en plena plaza mayor. El sofá cama era incómodo. La mesa para comer también estaba rota.

I chose the property for the location above Plaza Mayor. It’s one of my favourite spots in Madrid. The space was excellent for 3 people. Facilities in the unit were great.
As mentioned in previous reviews, we did not receive check in details despite messaging through booking.com and WhatsApp. When we arrived at 4pm I phoned the number and fortunately he answered and sent me check in details. I was quite concerned about it all which put a dampener on the day.
The bathroom had a few loose hairs in the shower but the rest of the unit was really clean.
It was quite noisy outside but we knew that was the case after reading reviews.
