Bright luxury apartment with three balconies for up to four people located in the heart of the historical distric of the Austrias (Plaza Mayor).
It is a property of 77 m² (828. 47 ft²) with ceilings 3.70 m (12 ft) high decorated with the utmost care and fully equipped to guarantee the best accommodation experience. Air conditioning through all the property.
The property was selected by the prestigious magazine AD Arquitectural Digest (Spanish edition) for a web article about it's impeccably original style published on 2nd August 2017.
The property is perfect for couples, friends, business trips and families with kids above 12 years old.

The apartment is on the third floor (serviced by an elevator) of a historic building of 1850 which has been completely restored recently.
It has a large living room with two balconies, sofa, fireplace; dining table up to six people, coffee table; Smart TV with Netflix and Satellite TV. Independent Air Conditioning System Cold / Heat
The first bedroom has a balcony, Pc working area, ceiling fan, independent Air Conditioning Systeme Cold / Heat; Smart TV (Satellite and Netflix) and a complete ensuite bathroom;
Second bedroom is a very cozy interior room with Smart TV (Satellite and Netflix) and ceiling fan and Independent Air Conditioning Systeme Cold / Heat

The first bedroom has twin beds 0.9 m x 1.80 m
The second bedroom has a double bed (1.40 m x 1.80 m)

The owners live in the very same building in a different apartment therefore you will enjoy your stay with all the privacy but we will be close just in case you need any help.
One of us works in the Tourism industry so we are really willing to help you with your plans around the city.
The apartment is very well located in the middle of the main attractions in town. Plaza Mayor and Mercado de San Miguel are just some steps away. On a walking distance you can reach Puerta del Sol (5 min.), Opera Square (5 min.), The Royal Palace and the Cathedral of La Almudena are just at a 10 minute walk. The popular gastronomic market of San Miguel is at a stone's throw away.
The pulsating neighborhood of La Latina and it's famous flea market of Sundays is only at a 10 minute walk from the property.
Prado Museum and Thyssen Bornemizsa Museum are at a 20 minute walk.

You can't do better than this place to stay in Madrid. It's absolutely in the heart of everything, it's roomy, comfortable... just perfect. The host checked in to see how things were going, which was a very nice thing to do. I can't recommend this apartment more highly. There is literally no downside to it.

The apartment was beautifully appointed and very clean. The kitchen offered everything we needed for breakfast and happy hour. We did not cook meals there as there were so many good eating options close by. The host was responsive and graciously left snacks and drinks for our use. The balcony was nice to have but a bit small to be usable. What we loved most about the place was the central location to many walkable venues.

This lovely apartment couldn't have been better! just beautiful and extremely comfortable. I would highly recommend and I will absolutely stay here again if I'm fortunate enough to revisit Madrid.
