Service very responsive, location and layout was great. WiFi and tv were great too.
Conflicts in messaging how to get in the unit initially included two different sets of directions to find the lock box and the correct one had a typo in the lock box code. The hot water took most of the weeks to get easy. Towel racks are needed in the bathrooms, and the kitchen was not equipped to cook for the six that the apartment sleeps comfortably. For example, no pot big enough to cook a pound of pasta. All of us had trouble with the synthetic bedding - duvet didn’t ‘breathe’ and we all woke up sweating every morning. But these are small issues and overall we had a wonderful visit.
