Location. Lake was full of water
Food quality not good. Cleanliness needs significant improvement. Folks there don’t know much about hygiene there.

The views were beautiful and the place was really peaceful - away from the chaos of the city. The room was spacious and the bed so comfortable.
The staff were friendly and made our stay more enjoyable - especially the scenic ride out in the jeep to make our payment - with a stop off at the local market for coconut water.
First impressions of our room weren't great as there was rubbish on our doormat, which I picked up to improve the apprearance.
It may have been due to the language barrier, but it would have been useful to have been shown the facilities on arrival as we were not aware that there was a dining room on another level.
Some outdoor dining on the upper level would have been nice.
