    Thank you for reaching out and for hosting our stay. While the resort itself is beautiful, well-maintained, and offers a great ambience, our overall experience was unfortunately impacted by the quality of service and food. The service was consistently slow, and there appeared to be a lack of coordination among the staff. Even for something as basic as drinking water for our room, we had to call at least three times before it was delivered. We also requested cricket and badminton rackets on multiple occasions, but despite repeated follow-ups, they were never provided. Such delays and lack of responsiveness were disappointing and fell well below the standards we expected from the Sterling brand. The food was another major area of concern. The taste, quality, and variety did not meet expectations, making the dining experience quite average. We genuinely liked the property and its location, but a memorable guest experience is defined as much by hospitality and dining as it is by the infrastructure. We hope you take this feedback constructively and implement the necessary improvements, as the resort has the potential to offer a much better experience. We look forward to seeing these aspects improved should we choose to stay with Sterling again.
