We were a group of 9 people who went there to relax for a day. First of all they didn't have information related to our booking, we sat there for 30 mins then they gave us the keys. We ordered our dinner early as the kitchen was supposed to get closed at 10:30, the food arrived and we had that food at around 01:30 AM, it was totally different what it was supposed to be. The paneer was not real one, may be analog paneer or may be worst. The taste was pathetic. All the veg items were not even something you can eat. I am sure that they had a buffet in dinner for which we have not opted and they have bring all the items from that buffet only, didn't even consider changing the taste or anything even after specifically mentioning that we need spicy food. We food was soo bad that we opted to stay hungry instead of eating that. And when we fought for it they didn't listen. The service was worst for us.

The hotel was neat and clean, and the rooms were spacious, which is definitely a plus point. The location is convenient as it is situated right on the main road, making it easy to find and reach without any hassle.

Overall, a very good stay with comfortable accommodations, clean facilities, and a pleasant atmosphere. However, the experience could be significantly elevated with better staff training. The current team came across as somewhat inexperienced and unprofessional at times. While the stay was enjoyable overall, management needs to invest in training to ensure the service matches the high quality of the hotel itself.
