Avanita Ocean View apartment

Apartamento reformado y muy coqueto, en una urbanizacion limpia y tranquila con zona de parking gratuito al otro lado de la calle. Camas comodas, baño espacioso y balcon con vistas a la Gomera idoneo para tomar el desayuno. Esta a 20mn a pie tanto de Playa Las Vistas, muy limpia y tranquila como de Las Americas si vas para fiestas.

Es algo caluroso, los ventiladores de techo pueden resultar poco potentes.... y es como una tercera planta que para subir la maleta puede pesarte !! 😅

Great location, everything is walking distance but far enough away that it’s not noisy. The property was very clean and the host left us some crisps, wine and a fridge magnet, which was lovely. It was well decorated and had a nice bathroom. Good storage space and nice balcony area. The apartment was very well equipped with everything we needed from a hairdryer to beach towels. Communication with the host was excellent. Would stay again!

The fan in the twin bedroom did not work, which made it very warm at night. You had to pay €2 per person, per day, to use the sun loungers at the pool (cash only), which were very uncomfortable.

The instructions to get in to the apartment were very clear. The apartment is very modern and clean with lovely view over pool. The owner Ha e left us a few things to welcome us like bitten in wi sweets etc very thoughtful

There’s was nothing we didn’t like about this property. Easy access to everything restaurants safari centre etc. complex lovely and quiet nice and relaxing.

De ligging was goed. Appartement was heel netjes en schoon.

De karaoke-bar . Tot 1 uur gedreun (zware bassen) en gezang. Echt heeeel erg. Geen lift, maar dat was vermeld . Toch vallen die trappen dan wel tegen.
