Apartment looks exactly like in the photos. Small well equipped kitchen, nice tropic shower. Very big balcony. Everything that is needed for a short or long-term stay is there. The location is very good - close to the free beach, which is clean, and to the city center. The owner is very friendly and ready to help.

-Good AC with silent mode
-It’s spacious and has a nice bathroom
-nice balcony with cloth dryer also enough space to sit there
-there’s a bar directly under the place, so you go grab a coffee and a cornetto there in the morning
-you just have to walk 250m and you’re at beach
-bed was comfy
-enough space to put your clothes away (hangers and everything)
-washing machine
-check in was very smoothly and Simone was super nice. The communication was very easy and the host made it possible, that we could store our bags after check out in a close by facility, wich we were very grateful for, so we could hang out a couple more hours on the beach before our flight left. Thank you again <3 and thanks again for the girl who watched the bags, when we left she sadly wasn’t there anymore, so we couldn’t thank her personally
-Overall a very nice stay, perfect for a short getaway
-If you walk about one 1 km you can find a lively area with nice restaurants and it’s nice to walk there at the evening or by night

Ottima posizione, vicina al mare e al centro, servita da autobus. Il monolocale è molto carino, stile originale e terrazzino che non guasta. Consiglio!
