AT Gregal II

Hemos tenido muy buena estancia ya que el apartamento estaba perfectamente equipado y muy bien situado. La zona es muy tranquila.

The accommodation is perfectly equipped and has everything you need for a stay of 14 days in our case. The kitchen is superbly equipped, with a classic oven, microwave, electric hobs, a spacious fridge with freezer, dishwasher and washing machine (10 kg). We had a toaster, a filter coffee machine. Everything was very clean and tidy. Wifi excellent. The TV is new, large and modern. The beds are very comfortable. We really slept well. There is a private garage under the accommodation, which we did not use because it is a bit awkwardly positioned as it is the last one in the row in the corner. We already had all the necessary cleaning supplies and a welcome kit for cleaning in the kitchen. We were greeted with water and sweet macaroons. The pictures of the accommodation reflect almost the actual situation. Now a few more buildings have been built, which are not visible in the picture. We stayed in October, when the area was already quite quiet. The beach is only a few minutes walk away. Picking up the keys according to the instructions was easy. Don't forget that they want a deposit of €150 in case of damage. The deposit was returned quickly. We highly recommend installing with one or two fixes that need to be fixed. We were very disappointed by the rather uncomfortable sofa, which was in a really bad or catastrophic condition. It was obviously used as a bed by the previous guests. It was impossible to watch TV comfortably on the sofa. They tried to hide it by covering it with a blanket. This really disappointed us. The sofa set was truly catastrophically destroyed. There are some good pubs, restaurants and bars nearby. The beach is beautiful and well maintained.

Llevamos veraneando en Oliva desde hace más de 20 años, la verdad que fue una sorpresa la calidad del apartamento, su ubicación en una zona que hasta entonces no habíamos frecuentado, muy cerca de la playa y con unos servicios magníficos como la piscina y la plaza de garaje, esto último se agradece para evitar tener que dejar el coche en una zona alejada del apartamento. La distribución del apartamento era perfecta para nuestra familia, con todo lo necesario para tener una gran estancia. A la playa se accede perfectamente y de forma muy cómoda, con uno de los chiringuitos más frecuentados de Oliva, lo que hace muy agradable estar en la playa escuchando música, sobre todo por las tardes. Sigue siendo una playa muy familiar. Repetiremos seguro.

Lo único que quizás mejoraría es instalar aire acondicionado en las habitaciones para evitar tener que abrir la ventanas, sobre todo en fin de semana que es cuando más afluencia de gente va a la zona donde se encuentra el apartamento, con el aire instalado en la zona del salón-comedor no es suficiente.
