when you are searching to sleep quiet during the nights and be close to the seaside, the location is top.
Very long sandy beach inviting for a walk or jogging.
nice new flat, but not the best isolation of the house, which makes cold in the winter and warm in the summer.
As well as in the summer as in the winter, you need always the acclimatization for cooling or for heating which at the somebody needs to pay.

We actually upgraded to Oliva 4, so we were right on the beach. Perfect location for us. Small problems with the dishwasher and heating were rectified almost immediately. We will definitely be back.
Maybe providing a few items such as tea coffee and hand wash would be a nice touch. After a 7 hour drive, I had to go straight out again!
