Comfy bed, fully equipped apartment with living room and kitchen.

The tiles at the center of the kitchen were taped because the tiles are tent up, popped off from the floor. So it's not safe for kids if you're bringing any. The floor is clean but not under the sofa. The cabinet and drawer was not thoroughly cleaned as it was stuffed with manual instruction booklets, personal cleaning stuff (wet tissue etc), screwdriver and so on. One of the toilet cover was opened and you have to manually fill up water, only then you can flush. The hot shower don't work. One of the room, the air conditioner can't work, they provide standing fan. Instructions for check in also not clear, no guidance where to park exactly on which level and which lot, as apartment have strict rules about parking to avoid taking up other tenants' parking, all I need to figure out myself and find the parking because I parked wrongly at first. The pool, i can see from the room, it's dirty.

Good location for the RFMF ..Lounge & dining area .. very comfortable.. nice Decor & beautiful view over the Golf course.

open food in fridge & freezer & no drinking glasses.. ash tray full on the verandah .. no hot water for showers. Very Remote unless you’re there for a particular reason! Felt like it just needed some TLC
