We had a wonderful time, thanks to the room, the amenities, the staff, and the location—not exactly central to the riverfront, but easily accessible on foot. The kitchen was very convenient, and especially the washer/dryer. Highly recommended!
The only thing we would have appreciated would have been at least one day of cleaning and towel changes, but they're kind of like an AirBnB. However, if you ask, they'll be happy to accommodate you. Otherwise, everything was great.

The location was nice, the facility was good, the key collection was not simple, but it was well explained by the hosts, so that was not a problem. Host communicated very well. The cat decor in one of the rooms was great!
We were split up on two different floors, but our keys to the 5th floor room couldn't get us to the 6th floor where the other room was and we didn't have enough keys to accommodate the problem. It is East Malaysia, so somewhat expected, but the ants and geckos in the room really disturbed my kids. Overall, we would gladly stay again.
