Nice layout of the room; Powerful and cold air-con; Love the 2 in 1 washer+dryer.
There are some black stains on the bathroom floor grouting (at entrance area). And also need to improve in the cleanliness of the shower drainage hole.

Pratique et confortable !
Le self check-in est un peu compliqué quand on ne connaît pas ce genre d’usage 😅

We had a wonderful time, thanks to the room, the amenities, the staff, and the location—not exactly central to the riverfront, but easily accessible on foot. The kitchen was very convenient, and especially the washer/dryer. Highly recommended!
The only thing we would have appreciated would have been at least one day of cleaning and towel changes, but they're kind of like an AirBnB. However, if you ask, they'll be happy to accommodate you. Otherwise, everything was great.

Studio is spacious and well furnished.
(1) Bathroom cleanliness: flooring seems to be bit dark, perhaps need some scrubbing.
(2) When you slide open the wooden cabinet door for the washer, there is always some sawdust fall into the ground.
