Location convenience (near grocery and eateries), easy to get around. Apartment is nice and cool even during hot weather. Owner is attentive.
The lift service was horrendous. But I doubt it’s any fault of the owner’s. Surrounding area can be a little messy with traffic especially during busy hours.

The room was generally nice, but there was an unpleasant odor in the bathroom that lingered throughout our stay.
