This clean modern property has a very nice 4th floor balcony. It's in a new building with an elevator, so no problem getting bags upstairs. The instructions to enter the property are very clear and effective. Communications with the hosts (not met) were answered promptly -- not always the case!
Not a criticism, but for two couples this property was not ideal because the first bedroom was excellent but the second bedroom was small and had a single bed, so we had to sleep on the larger, fairly comfortable fold-out couch in the living room. This is exactly how it was described in booking.com, so again, this is not a criticism; we only needed this property for one night and everything was fine. What could be easily improved would be a few more small amenities: hooks in the bathroom; small welcome treats or a small amount of milk on hand for use with coffee; ability to control the temperature via provision of the remote controllers for the heat pump units.
