Olive tree apartment

Apartament bardzo czysty, przestronny oraz dobrze wyposażony. Lokalizacja pozwala na szybkie znalezienie miejsca do parkowania. Obok piekarnia i sklep. Bardzo dobry kontakt z osobami wynajmującymi. Klimatyzacja w każdym pomieszczeniu działa skutecznie. Pralka i patio pozwalają szybko odświeżyć garderobę. Polecamy i bardzo dziękujemy za serdeczne przyjęcie pomimo bardzo późnej pory przybycia na miejsce.

Wszystko w jak najlepszym porządku.

Akustyka budynku może trochę przestraszyć, w nocy słychać wodę lejącą się u sąsiada.

The apartment is very spacious and true to the pictures. The living room is a very nice shared space, the sofa is cozy and the dining table is big enough to have meals together. The terrace is the big plus of this apartment. We could drink our coffee in the morning while enjoying the sun outside. The rooms were comfortable for sleeping. We used the air conditioning for heating because it was April and the weather was cold and windy during the nights. There were shampoos and towels in the bathroom. The communication with the host was smooth and fast each time. We got all the information in time and had absolutely no worries regarding the reservation. The location is good as well, walking to the train station takes 15-20 minutes. The area was quiet and safe, not crowded and had everything we wanted within walking distance.

The cleanliness could be improved, especially in the kitchen and bathroom. We pointed it out to the host and they promised to take care of this aspect for the future. There was a tourist tax that we paid in cash after checking in. Not a great value though (2,5 euro/person/night). It was mentioned briefly in the reservation and I probably missed it or it is common practice in Italy and I didn't know. It's not a complaint necessarily but it took me by surprise and I thought of mentioning it for those traveling to Italy for the first time as well.

L'odeur d'humidité dans l'appartement, l'absence de lave-vaisselle et de grille pain bien qu'indiqués. Manque un miroir dans la deuxième chambre... surtout quand il n'y a qu'une seule salle de bains.
