Asmara exclusive "Loft industrial"

The apartment was very clean and comfortable we immediately felt at home. Lorenzo was fantastic, he responded quickly to any messages we sent him. The location is perfect for walking to the port for bars and restaurants.

The parking was tricky but we were able to use the pay and display car park located just behind the property.

Lorenzo was very kind and helpful. The apartment is stylish and well equipped. It‘s a 15minutes walk to the nice part of the city woth Restaurants etc. The AC worked perfectly. The washingmashine had everything you need and there was a welcome wine and some water.

Parking was hard the first day but the next days we managed to find parkingspots. It shouldn‘t be labeled as easy parking in booking though. You should pack some earplugs since there is a dog in the building and the barking woke us up :) There are a few things that need some attention for example the watertemperature sometimes jumps to super hot, die Handles in the shower come off and some other minor things. It‘s not that big of a deal but considering that this Appartement was much more expensive than other Appartements, it should be better.

Sehr zuvorkommende Gastgeber, ausgezeichnete Kommunikation und Tipps, superschön gestaltete und gepflegte Wohnung in Altstadtnähe. Sehr gute Bäckerei gegenüber. Die Unterführung IM Hauptbahnhof nutzen, in umgekehrter Richtung von der Wohnung aus über die Via Tor Pisana zugänglich (spart ungemein Zeit, wird aber nicht auf jeder Karte angezeigt). Flughafen gut erreichbar, aber reichlich Zeit einplanen, Busse fahren nicht immer nach Plan.
