Villa 8/10 Beds (rental for a maximum of 8 adults accompanied by 2 children with a camp bed on request)
The living area is accessed by entering the large built-in kitchen equipped with induction hobs and double sink, on its right a laundry area with washing machine and dryer. Through an arch you access the immense and bright living room with sofa corner (they are not a bed but 3 children sleep there without difficulty) fireplace and wall TV, comfortable dining table. The sleeping area is on the upper floor and consists of 3 double bedrooms, one of which is a master bedroom with air conditioning. All rooms have access to the terrace. There are two bathrooms, both with shower cubicles, one is inside a bedroom. Outside the property in the ditch there is another bedroom with a queen size sofa bed with private bathroom.
Large private outdoor spaces designed with charm for outdoor dining or relaxing in the hot tub.

Services inside the apartment:
- large TV in the living room, fridge with freezer, induction hobs, oven, microwave, laundry area with washing machine and dryer, dishwasher, wifi, iron and ironing board, in the master bedroom air conditioning, portable fans, camping bed
- free use of camp bed on request

Services outside the apartment:
- parking spaces inside the property (one of which is covered, also ideal for 2 motorbikes), solarium area with hot tub, outdoor dining area with Gazebo, brick BBQ and wood oven, outdoor shower, night lighting, gardens, sea view
- heating in low season

Important Notes:
- groups of young people under 23 years of age are not allowed
- check-in from 4.00 pm to 7.30 pm and check-out by 10.00 am; for check-in after 8:00 pm a supplement of €50.00 must be paid
- small pets allowed with a supplement of €30 for cleaning
- deposit (mandatory): €500.00; refunded at the end of the stay after having viewed the state of the property (if paid in cash it will not be returned before 3:00 pm)
- bed linen and towels: €20.00 per person (to be requested at the time of booking); not bookable on site
- in case of use of the outdoor BBQ, it must be left clean after each use and turned off for safety reasons
