About this house rental
This is the main floor apartment with its own private entrance and exit to both the front entrance of home and the rear entrance of the apartment and the back yard. Fully furnished with two bedrooms 1 bath plus an office. Kitchen has been recently remodel with stainless appliances and a new washer dryer sits off the kitchen. Comes fully furnished with Wi-Fi and DirecTV. One bedroom has a new Queen bed and the other has a new full size bed. Both beds are Simmons's Beauty rest mattress.

This property is very cozy and has all the things you would want for a long term stay, with lot's of kitchen equipment, cleaning supplies and good linens. I stayed for 3 months and thoroughly enjoyed my time there. Being an older house, there were some maintenance issues that cropped up, but Bill solved them promptly. I would definitely stay there again.

My stay could not have been better! The neighborhood is lovely with many cafes, restaurants, a brewery, shops, and a gym all in walking distance! The L train is an easy short walk as well. The house is located on a charming and quiet street with bustling Milwaukee Ave just a five minute walk away. This is a great place for somebody to stay on a business trip or people really wanting to experience "real" Chicago with access to anywhere! Logan Square is said to be one of the best locations for brunch as well! Or you could stay in and make a gourmet meal in the spacious and new kitchen. Having a washer dryer at your fingertips was also a huge plus. All in all a great stay and definitely worth your money!
