The space itself was very nice and clean. I was very happy to have only a few steps to get to the door.
The fact that the CTA was 1.5 miles away. The free parking is a very narrow slab and ended with a broken mirror. There are multiple trash bins blocking space that would make it easier to ease in. Sliding doors that are for one bedroom and the bathroom do not fully close (making it not be private)

We did not eat there, but some coffee got used. Only had to go up a few steps. Was easy to get into when we got there.
The so called parking was a very narrow pad, causing the the car to get damaged. There were things that were listed as amenities were no where.
