About this house rental
Welcome to our charming & cozy home nestled in the heart of north Houston. Whether you're visiting for business or pleasure, our property will make you feel right at home. This modern 3 bed 2.5 bath home is centrally located only a short 30 minute drive from Conroe to the North, IAH (Airport) to the east, from downtown to the south, and Cypress from the West. Has quick access to a variety of restaurants and a multitude of well-maintained parks.
The House has 3 bedrooms which can comfortably sleep 8 with the following sleeping arrangements:
Master Bedroom Downstairs (1 King)
Upstairs Bedroom #1 (1 Queen + 1 Futon)
Upstairs Bedroom 2 (1 Queen + 1 Rollaway Bed)
If more than 6 bath towels or extra blankets are needed please message to request these items prior to your stay to guarantee that there will be enough to accommodate your party!
Amenities include a dedicated work space, a workout room, laundry room with washer and dryer onsite.
All Pets welcome with an additional rate of $40 per trip.
Additional charges may incur if pets causes damage to property.
Discounted rates for longer stays.

The property had games for us to play and lots of small things we would need for the kitchen. There was more than enough room for all 5 of me and my friends!

I stayed for one weekend for a local wedding, with two friends and two children. There were books and games available and the kids particular loved playing Battleship (a lot!!). Very clean and spacious. One thing I would note is to request any bedding you need other than the 3 beds ahead of time. There is a blow up bed and a twin cot in addition to the two queens and one king, but you need to let host know in advance if you want to use them. The host was quick in communicating with us before and during the stay and we would definitely stay there again!

We stayed here for a couple of months while checking out houses in the area. The host was very responsive and communicated well. The place was better than the pictures showed. Plenty of space and felt very homey. The kitchen has plenty of appliances which was useful since we cook a lot. The side yard was great for dogs and the neighborhood is in a great location, quiet at night. We would stay here again without hesitation.
