The house in good neighborhood and convenient for local access to gas station, grocery stores and other connections. The host is nice and friendly helpful for my questions. I will come back when I visit Katy area.

We had a great time in Katy TX. The house was clean and looked just like the pictures. Host was easy to communicate with. The beds were a little uncomfortable, but tolerable for the 3 nights that we spent in the house.

Owner was great, but the property itself needed upgrades and fixings. Bathroom toilet kept running. Beds aren’t comfortable. Bare minimum in the kitchen. 1 key and 1 garage door opener.
