Community pool which is 3 minute walk is open all summer. Requires passes and may be subject to minimum stay from our end. Pls enquire.
Property was completely re-floored with laminate (no carpet) and fresh paint throughout. Nice backyard, fully fenced. Great growing subdivision, conveniently located. Famous Katy schools district.

The house is in a great location and close to all our needs. Any questions and concerns we had were answered and taken care of immediately by the house manager. Hope to visit and stay again in the future
