★ SAFETY DEPOSIT OR DAMAGE WAIVER REQUIRED ★
We understand that accidents can happen. To help protect the space and ensure a worry-free stay, all reservations require either a damage waiver or a safety deposit.
You can choose the option that works best for you: a non-refundable damage waiver ranging from $39 up to $79, which covers accidental damage and normal wear and tear (no deductible) or a refundable safety deposit of $450, which will be returned after checkout as long as no damage is found and all house rules are followed.
If you’ve already purchased Damage Protection Insurance through a third-party provider, feel free to share your policy with us—we’re happy to review it and we may consider waiving the requirement based on your coverage.
Please note: The damage waiver does not cover damage caused by house rule violations.

To help ensure a safe and seamless experience for all guests, guest verification is required prior to confirming your reservation. This simple step is part of our commitment to providing a secure, smooth, and personalized stay for every guest.

Don’t leave your furry friends back home. Take them with you so they can enjoy a perfect vacation! We welcome house-trained pets with a non-refundable pet fee of $150 per pet (maximum of 2 pets per stay). To help us prepare for your stay, please let us know in advance if you'll be bringing pets. For everyone's comfort and to help protect the home, pets are permitted on the first floor only. A baby gate is installed at the bottom of the stairs to help keep pets downstairs. We appreciate your cooperation and look forward to welcoming both you and your four-legged companions!
★ ADDITIONAL NIGHTLY RATE FOR 6+ GUESTS ★
Our nightly rate includes the first six guests. With each additional guest, a $29/night fee will be applied.
