Located in the Edgewater Beach & Golf Resort, guests will not only enjoy beachfront living but also a plethora of onsite amenities right outside your front door including 11 pools (10 heated seasonally), a kid’s splash pad, 4 hot tubs, a fitness center, an executive par-3 golf course, tennis, pickleball, and shuffleboard courts, and so much more! It’s a dream vacation in the making, and it can all be yours when you stay at Edgewater Oasis! Better still, you’ll also find yourself within walking distance or a short drive away to a variety of options for grocery, shopping, and dining, allowing you the option to leave the car behind. You’ll want to set aside some time to explore PCB’s downtown area brimming with options for entertainment no matter the time of day. Work on your swing at one of the surrounding championship golf courses, or head down St. Andrew’s State Park for a scenic hike around the lush landscape and some good old-fashioned seashell hunting.
The home’s bright and cheerful interior keeps the sparkling waters front and center not just by way of the spectacular ocean views but also in the charming nautical themed décor. The spacious living room includes a plush sofa and loveseat along with a smart TV where downtime comes easy as you relax and stream all your favorite shows and movies. This home comfortably sleeps up to 5 guests between 1 private bedroom, a queen and twin size sleeper sofa in the living room. The bedroom includes a spacious king size bed with fresh linens and soft blankets for a great night’s sleep, along with a smart TV. The home also includes 2 full guest bathrooms, the first with a single vanity and shower/tub combo and the second with a single vanity and glass walk-in shower.
THINGS TO NOTE:
• Washer and dryer in home.
• Lot parking available for 1 vehicle.
• This home is equipped with a Ring security system monitoring the front door.
• The price of booking includes 1 parking pass and 4 resort wrist bands, provided in the home upon arrival.

We had a wonderful time, condo was well represented in VRBO. It was clean and well kept. Does need updating for the hide a beds bedding, we just bought pillow cases so it wasn’t a huge dealbreaker. We left several gently used pool noodles for the next visitors. Thanks for a memorable trip!

We stayed here to be close to our son's Ironman event. Out the door to everything for before, during, and after the event. Down and out to the beach to chairs for a nominal all-day price and away from the congestion of beachgoers towards the resort's pool area. The unit was roomy for the 4 of us and had all the amenities for cooking. The one area for improvement would definitely be to update all the mattresses. Two people in king bed experienced rolling to the middle, and the one on the larger pull-out sofa did the same. Otherwise, this was a perfect place and location!

Very nice condo and location but could have been cleaner. Living room sofa and chair was stained and felt dirty. Mattress needs to be updated, dips on both sides with hump in the middle. Could be four stars with cleaning and a few furniture updates.
