Grand Panama UNIT 1005 - 2 is located in Tower Two and offers a beautiful view of the Gulf of Mexico!
This unit offers two spacious bedrooms the master bedroom features a plush king-size bed, smart tv, and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower and soaker tub, while the second bedroom offers a cozy queen-sized bed with TV.
Also, conveniently located in the hallway, the twin over twin bunk beds is perfect for kids or additional guests, providing a fun and cozy sleeping space.
The open concept living area is perfect for unwinding after a day of adventure. Enjoy the comfortable seating, flat-screen TV, and access to the private balcony, which also has chairs and side tables for enjoying that fresh cup of coffee in the morning.
The kitchen comes fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and all the essentials needed to prepare delicious meals. Pots, pans, silverware and glasses are all available for guest use.
Additionally, the kitchen has a coffee maker (coffee pot not a Keurig), a blender and toaster.
Adjacent to the kitchen, the dining area offers seating for 6, perfect for family meals or entertaining guests.
On the day of your arrival, you will receive a text message with your door code. In the event your room is ready before 4pm, you can request an early check in, if available we will allow an early check-in.
Parking Passes
Panama only accepts credit card payments. Guests can pre-register on their website at www.grandpanamacoa.com and click Guest Registration or use the following address at https://grandpanamacoa.com/registration-form/
Fees: All fees include sales tax and credit transaction fees.
The resort fee is $55 . The resort fee includes 1 parking pass and wristbands for everyone in your reservation 13 and older. Occupancy levels are strictly enforced. A one-bedroom unit is 6, a two-bedroom unit is 8, a three-bedroom unit is 10 and a four-bedroom unit is 12. Wristbands must be always worn while on property. Wristband replacements are $10.
An additional parking pass can be purchased for $35 during registration. Only 2 parking passes are allowed per unit. Vehicles parked in restricted areas or without parking passes will be booted and/or towed with a $150 fine to remove the boot.
Motorcycle parking is $55. Trailer parking (only during Biker Weeks) is $55.
Beach Haven Vacation Rental provides the first set of all amenities i.e. dish soap, laundry soap and fabric softener, paper towel, toilet paper, shampoo, body soap, and lotion. The front desk on property at Grand Panama is not affiliated with Beach Haven Vacation Rentals and any questions will need to be directed to our Office at 850-588-8667.

The location was just ok. There was no food within walking distance and only a couple shops. The room was big enough for family of 4 and the beach was close

This place has a great location. Parking was easier here than at other high rises- elevators too. Only complaint is the AC only goes to 70. It got humid inside. Other than that, 10/10 stay. Would go back.

The property itself was great. Good location, clean, no complaints! We had some issues with check-in though. We did not receive any check-in information prior to our arrival. When we reached out to the property management, they were less than accommodating. Unfortunately, they weren't very friendly in solving the issue and placed blame on us for information we did not receive in email, text, etc. as we should have. Ultimately, we got it sorted, but it was a bummer way to start the stay. Other than that, things were great! We would stay in this location again.
