Just a few short blocks from Corona Del Mar state beach, this gem on Dahlia is the ideal way to experience SoCal’s finest beaches! Less than 20 minute drive to Newport center, Crystal Cove, and Laguna Beach, where you can explore more beaches, world-class golf, restaurants, and shopping.
The Space:
The living room is furnished with comfortable seating around a flat screen cable TV and gas fireplace. The couch doubles as a sofa sleeper for extra sleeping space. From here, you can access the balcony with seating. Enjoy your morning coffee out here soaking in the warm California sun!
Steps away with the kitchen and dining table for 6. The kitchen is equipped with a Keurig, drip coffee maker, electric stovetop, wine cooler, and more. If you don't feel like cooking, check out the local restaurants nearby, within walking distance.
The main bedroom has a King bed, TV, and en suite bathroom. Similarly, the 2nd bedroom holds a Queen bed, TV, and an en suite bathroom.
There is a full laundry room with a washer and dryer available. There is parking for 1 car in the carport.
NOTE: Primary renter must be 25 or older and present at the property throughout the reservation
This home is a back unit and sits above the garage with no one underneath
Please note that requests for late checkout must be received no later than 10:00 AM local time on the day prior to your departure. Early check-in and late checkout are based on availability and require approval, and may be subject to an additional fee of up to $60.00 depending on the number of additional hours requested. Please feel free to contact us if you are interested in arranging.
