Nice home in a really great location. Was perfectly sized for my wife and I but you could easily support a family and or friends. It's not big but not tiny either. Standout for us was the super easy walks to restaurants, stores, beach and even over to Balboa Island. We found the place to be clean and host was super easy with communications. There is a garage but unless you have a compact car, not as convenient as street parking right outside the door.

Location is fantastic- walk to the beach past charming gardens and cottages. Walk to dinner at Avila’s El Ranchito. Very comfortable beds.
