This gorgeous Corona Del Mar 3 bedroom, 3 bath back house features an abundance of natural light, wood floors, and marble surfaces throughout, and great decks with view of Newport Harbor. 1 carport parking spot and laundry available. (Please be aware that both the master fireplace and the master bathtub jets are non-functioning)



The townhouse is in the Corona Del Mar district of Newport Beach. It's on the ocean side of Pacific Coast Highway, and is walkable to the beach and CDM Village.



The Space:

Rest and relaxation at its finest in Corona Del Mar. Minutes from the best beaches in Corona Del Mar, shopping in the Village, and some of the best restaurants in Newport Beach. Tucked away on the ocean side of Bayside Drive lies this exquisite 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom rear unit just steps away from the sand. This property is nestled in the center of the Corona Del Mar area in Newport Beach, California. The location allows guests to walk easily to grocery stores, great restaurants and entertaining nightlife.



The home offers 5 unique outdoor areas and a unique floor plan. The first level consists of a grand entrance with a Dutch door and a bedroom en-suite opening to a large sunlit patio. The secondary bedroom, guest bathroom, and main living areas are located on the second level among a living room with fireplace and generous balcony; a spacious kitchen with ample cabinetry, granite counters, double oven, built-in microwave and refrigerator and viewing balcony. French doors from the dining area lead to the large deck, perfect for enjoying meals and hanging out. The third floor encompasses the master bedroom with soaring ceilings, a walk-in closet, and a bathroom featuring a bath tub, separate shower, and dual sinks with a vanity. A huge deck with an outdoor fireplace is located off of the master suite with guest access from the stair-top. The property includes full access to WIFI and cable TV. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you may need. The house was built in 2005. (Please be aware that both the master fireplace and the master bathtub jets are non-functioning)

-We try our best to keep updated on remodels/construction happening around our vacation units. However, construction can pop up anytime in the City of Newport Beach without notice. N.B.V.P is not responsible and will not issue refunds due to neighboring construction.

-Master bedroom fireplace does not work.

-Master bedroom tub jets do not work

    This home was an absolute delight! Spacious, beautifully decorated, clean, walking distance to beach, lovely quiet neighborhood. Drive to Disneyland was 30ish minutes. I would definitely stay here again

The hose was comfortable for our families (6 adults and three kids). If we are ever in this area again, we would definitely consider this home.
