Spacious 3 bedrooms, 2 1/2 bath, private huge private patio with outdoor dining, sectional couch, BBQ and fireplace. Bright & open floor plan with high ceilings, recessed lighting, hardwood floors throughout, tiled bathrooms. Enjoy your evenings outdoor with beautiful lighting and romantic fireplace. Living room with fireplace opens to the private patio for entertaining after a fun day at the beach. Master bedroom has a king size bed, fireplace, balcony, large bathroom with a jacuzzi tub, extra large shower for two, walk in closet & double sink. Great location, comfy beds. Parking was easy right in front. Disappointed about cleanliness. Could use a deep clean and some organization. Bathroom and kitchen cabinets were dirty, had hair. Found utensils that weren’t cleaned. Bunk room could use a dresser, only had a few wooden cubes. Patio furniture looks like it hadn’t been cleaned in awhile so we didn’t use.

Beautiful home. We would absolutely stay again. We rented a crib from an outside company and there was a mix up with pick up after we left the property. Angelique was very quick to respond and went above and beyond to help us resolve the issue.

This house was a bit disappointing. Upon arrival, the lock box didn't work and it took sometime to get in touch with the owner to find an alternate way to get in. The house itself is generally fine and clean; however, the living room sofa and the outdoor patio furniture did not seem clean and were quite old. We really couldn't even sit on the outdoor stuff. It was quite dirty and stained. The living room rug is also in that condition. Upon arrival, there was laundry in the dryer and wet cleaning towels in the washing machine. The rest of the house was tidy and just fine and the location was good.

Very cute, clean, conveniently located place. Just two things to note: The air mattress has a patched hole in it which causes it to slowly deflate. It also is just a little too wide to put in the kids room so you have to put it downstairs. A twin would definitely fit in the kids room and probably any of the rooms if you bring your own. The bedrooms are also very bright in the morning so bring eye covering. Other than those small caveats, it was great!

We booked this home for our wedding weekend in Corona Del Mar, and it was the perfect hub for our family. The home is well appointed with amenities and was very clean and spacious. The hostess communicated in a timely manner and check in was very easy.

I reserved this lovely place for me and my girlfriends to enjoy my 50th Birthday. The location is great and close to PCH and the beach. We didn’t receive the check in directions and had to call for this information; but it was quickly resolved. The outside patio was a huge part in booking this place and I needed to spend over an hour cleaning off everything with a broken hose and spider webs, dirty removable patio covers, disgusting bbq and 2 broken chairs. The propane was left on and smelled like gas too. Everything inside looked very clean and accommodating. However, the toaster was broken and glasses were unclean from lipstick and dirty dishes stacked in the cupboards. The bathrooms were spotless except the drawers were still in use from the previous guests with misc. items and hair. Last thing is that we were outside at check out time for a half hr packing and didn’t see anyone coming to the house, but later received a text that the cleaning person was upset that we had not checked out on time. We were outside and saw no one. Overall the owner had a lovely place but I think she needs a new cleaning person/company as they are not doing their best jobs and having poor communication with the owner. It also would have been nice to get some $ back from my cleaning deposit as we had to do a lot of unexpected cleaning.

The house/duplex was super clean, beds were comfy, and there was a ton of towels! If you stay in rentals a lot you will know how important the towel thing is. We had everything we needed and more! Angelique was super responsive and let us check in early because we got to Newport earlier than expected. Overall, it was a great stay and highly recommend.

Great stay, home and experience! Host communication was excellent and timely. House is fantastic. Great walking and charming neighborhood, close to plenty of amenities, and the beach. Loved the home, especially the outdoor patio and its privacy, full sized bunk beds, and the primary bedroom with fireplace and bathroom features. I have many years of experience renting houses on Vrbo as I have a large family, and we normally don’t fit in a hotel room. I have high standards when it comes to cleanliness and comfort. Angelique’s place felt like home. The location is beautiful. Corona Del Mar is prettier than Newport and quieter than Laguna. I loved my morning runs. I enjoyed places to eat and local food market. The walk to the beach was simply magnificent. Inside the house everything was simple yet tasteful, with high quality furniture and kitchen amenities, clean, clean, clean. We enjoyed drinking wine and reading books on a cozy outdoors patio. The communication with the owner was effortless. The pictures don’t reflect enough how cute the place is…

The pictures do not do this place justice. It is very clean, has a great layout and was just perfect for myself, my husband and our two boys (ages 11 & 14). We were in town for a friends Bar Mitzvah over the weekend but really enjoyed our stay at this place. The location is great- you can walk down to CDM restaurants and beach. Everything is less than 10 min walk on flat and adorable streets. The boys wanted to walk down to the donut shop every morning. We had a small issue with a fire detector battery beep in the middle of the night and Angelique was very responsive/apologetic and even sent her own handyman down to drive almost 2 hours one way to fix it ASAP on a Saturday- he also brought a tall ladder to leave behind so future tenants won’t have that issue again. Probably one of the best vacation rentals we have stayed in. We will be back for sure. Highly recommend!

The VRBO pics don’t do this place justice! Much nicer in person. The only issue we had was the queen bed in the 2nd bedroom was very firm, we struggled with comfort. Otherwise, relaxing with the French doors opened and bringing the outdoors in made for a great experience! We would definitely book again!
