Spacious & Stylish: Two living rooms, open-concept kitchen, outdoor grill, dining table for 8 with string lights, pool, and jacuzzi.
Entertainment: 3 Smart TVs (65" & 55").
Full Kitchen: High-end appliances—refrigerator, stove, microwave, coffee pot, cookware, plates, cups & utensils.
Laundry: Complimentary washer, dryer, and detergent provided.
BED ARRANGEMENT: (All Private):
Room #1: Master bedroom – King bed, 65" TV, walk-in closet, luxurious en-suite bathroom with double vanity & shower.
Room #2: Queen bed.
Room #3: Two double beds.
Room #4: Queen bed + lux stand-up work desk.
Additional Bathrooms: 3 full bathrooms conveniently located near bedrooms and kitchen.

- We have weekly pool service
- We are not refilling gas BBQ grill so you would have to bring the empty tank to Home Depot or Walmart to exchange due to our house keeper no longer doing this.
-Indoor fireplace is not available for use.
-There is a fee to heat up the pool and please note that we provide the instructions to heat it up upon guest's arrival.
IMPORTANT: POOL
1. If the pool is used and you take out the vacuum, you must put it back in when done using the pool. The Vacuum is what keeps walls and floor clean of bacteria.
2. Intake line “hose” must be disconnected before it is taken out of pool. Otherwise it sucks air and will ruin pump.
3. Do not remove the tablet dispenser from pool. Can’t keep the pool clean without that equipment running.
PLEASE NOTE:
We have exterior cameras in front of the house and at the backyard (pool area) for security and insurance purposes.
