Many outdoor seating areas to enjoy outdoor weather. The house is professionally designed with all high-end furniture & care for details.

Large size patio with kid play area and fools table game, outdoor dining table set for eight persons
GARAGE: 2 cars garage parking and driveway can park up to 3 cars
PETS
Pet fee: $35 per pet, per night. Flat rate available depending on the number of nights and pets.

The guests have access to the entire house except the linen closet.
Other things to note
- The couch in the living room can sleep an extra person
- We have weekly pool service
- We are not refilling gas BBQ grills, so you would have to bring the empty tank to Home Depot or Walmart to exchange due to our housekeeper no longer doing this.
-Indoor fireplace is not available for use.
-There is a fee to heat the pool, and please note that we provide the instructions to heat it upon guest's arrival.
IMPORTANT: POOL
1. If the pool is used and you take out the vacuum, you must put it back in when done using the pool. The Vacuum is what keeps walls and floors clean of bacteria.
2. The intake line “hose” must be disconnected before it is taken out of the pool. Otherwise, it sucks air and will ruin the pump.
3. Do not remove the tablet dispenser from the pool. Can’t keep the pool clean without that equipment running.
-For any stay longer than 30 days, there is a utilities cap of $500.
The cap applies to water, electricity, and gas.
Trash, Wi-Fi, lawn care, and pool service are included.
If your usage exceeds the utilities cap, you will be responsible for the excess.

We have exterior cameras in front of the house and the backyard (pool area) for security and insurance purposes.
