Not for me.

Staff worker was very nice.

High chlorine bleach smell upon entering the room, to the point of feeling nauseous. The beds were lumpy. Bathroom door stuck open. Very weak to no WiFi, could not get any real reception in the room. Television picture was faded and green. Some sort of gel or lubricant left smeared on the bedside table. People lingering outside of door in the dark, rummaging through trash cans or something. Very uneven and broken pavement in parking lot with no lighting. Stayed approximately 2 hours and turned in the key to office staff.

Would never book this place again. Didn’t even feel comfortable staying the night with my wife and three daughters. Hope

Everything but the location and staff. Parking lot was super small. Water bottles/cans in trash bags around the pool area, parked motorcycle looked like someone started an oil change and never finished it, parked car that looks like it’s been sitting there for years, cable in room wasn’t working, some of the sheets looked super old. We had to get OUT OF THERE ASAP.

Waited 3 hours for the room, closet doors wouldn’t open, hole in the door where the peep hole should be, key didn’t work in the bottom front door lock, bathroom window didn’t lock, there were nuts/screws left on the floor from the workers trying to install a TV mount, NO HOT WATER!!! We left a day early.

I like everything about the property

No one told me that the bathroom was broken, they tried to fix it with no luck, we got “upgraded” of that is what you call it, to an apartment, that was freezing, no heater in the main family room, heaters that where barely working in the other rooms, no TV’s in main room and family room, water got cold fast, blinds where crapy. They should have called us ahed of time and helped us get other accommodations!!

A very cute and affordable place to stay with your family and pet.

The property was very close to the village, shops and restaurants. Very spacious property with fun trails and creek for the kids to adventure around.

Our bathroom was cold and damp and had a strong odor that came from outside the entire stay.

close to big bear and all the ski lifts and tube sloping. our second room had a few bugs. We found a small bottle on the bed (we just moved him outside) and we got ants. other than that the staff is kind and friendly and very attentive. plan on staying again in a bigger room

Exceptional

We loved the area and the location of the lodge. The property is extensive so they had a nice sized dog run in the back. We were upgraded for 2 of our 3 nights at no charge into a suite with a kitchenette. It worked out so well for our family of 5. We got rain for the majority of out trip and Bruce brought us a fire pit to hang out under the porch area. It was awesome. The rooms that we had both suite and the room before were decorated for Christmas and made the ambience even thatch better. We definitely plan on going back and staying here again.

there’s kitchen, sofa, close to the village

we stayed on the first floor, we could hear all the steps. sounds, movements on the second floor. my daughter and I were not able to sleep until early morning.
