About this house rental
Welcome to Maison des Tilleuls for a countryside getaway just a short drive from downtown L'Aigle.
This 100 m² home, designed to accommodate up to 10 guests, is a true oasis of comfort and serenity.
→ The Kitchen: Fully equipped kitchen with a refrigerator/freezer, microwave, induction cooktop, washing machine, drip coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, dishes, and kitchen utensils.
→ Dining Area: In the dining room, a table for 10 people with chairs and a working fireplace.
→ Living Room: A living room with an HD TV, a non-convertible sofa, a piano for music lovers, and a library for all ages.
**** Please note that the fireplace in the living room is not functional. Do not light a fire.
→ The Bedrooms: 5 bedrooms in total, including 3 in the main house—a large upstairs bedroom with a 160-cm double bed, a children’s bedroom with a single bed, a bunk bed that can accommodate 3 young children, and another double bedroom; and 2 bedrooms in the outbuilding, including one with a double bed and one with 2 single beds (connecting rooms)
→ Bathroom: One bathroom in the main house with a bathtub on the first floor. Towel warmer (please turn it off after use). We provide shower gel, shampoo, and hand soap, and there is a bathroom with a shower in the annex.
→ 3 HD TVs with local digital terrestrial channels (one in the dining room, one in the living room, and one in the master bedroom)
***** Please note that the house does not have Wi-Fi or internet access
→ Large Garden: A large, fenced-in garden—quiet and not overlooked—with patio furniture, a barbecue (charcoal not provided), and activities for children, such as a swing, and for older guests, a pétanque court (we provide a set of 3 boules)
→ Indoor pool heated from May through the end of September to 27°C for unforgettable moments of relaxation.
Practical Information:
→ Self-Check-In: Enjoy complete freedom of access with a key box, available starting at 4:00 PM.
→ Convenient Parking: Free parking on the property for easy, hassle-free access.
**** Please park in the lot across from the garage upon arrival
→ Electric heating during the winter months. Be sure to close the doors to the bedrooms and the first floor properly to retain heat.
→ Cleaning fee included, covering the laundering of bed linens and bath towels. Dishes and the refrigerator must be cleaned by the guest. Trash must be taken out according to our instructions after your stay.
If the house is not left in the same condition as when you arrived, additional cleaning fees may be charged.
The beds will be made upon your arrival for your comfort.

**** Please note that, given our idyllic location, some insects or rodents may find their way onto the property. We want to assure you that we take all necessary measures to keep them away and ensure your comfort.
We encourage you to enjoy the natural beauty that surrounds you while being mindful of the wildlife that is an integral part of this environment.

No parties or gatherings are permitted so as not to disturb the neighbors
Respect the neighbors between 9:00 PM and 8:00 AM
During the summer: Please keep the volume of music in the pool area down from 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM
