Upstairs with access from the small living room: mezzanine (1 double bed), 2 unpartitioned en-suite bedrooms on 2 levels (4 single beds). Central heating. Laundry room. Garden on 4 ha of land and unfenced 2000m2 pond 300 meters from the gîte. Big game hunting is possible on the estate. Horse paddock, kennel.
