This romantic studio is charming in its authenticity with a modern but distinctly rustic feel. It is equipped with a very comfortable bed, a full bathroom, and a kitchen✨
⚠️CAUTION: (1) apartment on the 6th floor, NO lift; (2) A full reconstruction is currently underway in the front building, which may result in daytime noise on weekdays. This is beyond our control and is expected to last until the end of 2026.

1️⃣ APARTMENT:
Designed with great attention to detail but with simplicity, the apartment provides a calm and cosy environment. Natural light floods through the windows of the sloping ceiling✨
The large double bed is very comfortable and the bedroom has views of the Santa Justa Lift and much more from downtown. The separate bathroom is sleek and chic, with a shower, WC & washbasin, the kitchenette is fully equipped and the living room is furnished with the utmost comfort.⭐
The bed size is 140*200cm.
2️⃣ EXPERIENCES:

- ✈️Transportation: sightseeing bus stop (hop on/hop off), metro stations Baixa-Chiado and Rossio are down the block as are many key-route bus and tram stops, and the train station.
- ⛲Culture: all main sights, attractions, tours, Fado music, museums, and more within 15 minutes walking range;
- ☕Food: an infinite choice of restaurants with great Portuguese food, ranging from popular to 2 Stars Michelin or the TimeOut Market, many delicious pastries shops, ice cream parlours, cafés, wine-tasting shops, etc. within 15 minutes walking range;

This is a sweet little apartment in the heart of Lisbon if you like to climb a lot of stairs and pack light. There were some issues. The link to the address was not accurate and it sent us to a place that was under construction. Also, while it is great to have free parking, it is very difficult to park while accessing the apartment to get the free pass. We had to pay to park, get the pass and then repark our car. No fun in congested Lisbon. I requested early access to the parking, before check-in and the host did not answer my question. Overall, it was a pleasant stay in a sweet spot.

The appartment itself was very nice and clean with several smart solutions. It is in the heart of Baixa on a parallel street to Rua Augusta. It is situated very conveniently in close proximity to 2 subway stations , and a tram stop. The appartment is on the sixth floor without a lift, but after staying there for 12 days climbing the stairs was longer a problem 😉 The only slightly upsetting thing was communication with the hosts during our stay. Even though the appartment is nice, a small technical inspection should have done before our arrival. Someone has taken a battery out of smoke detector and has disconnected it altogether. One of the knives was broken and there was no place to hang the clothes up to dry even though the appartment is equipt with a washing machine. We informed the hosts about these small issues on our second day of staying at the appartment and a few days later. They did reply and asked if they could come and check, but they never did. These are just small issues that could have easily been resolved or altoghether avoided. Instead, we ended up buying our own drying rack and leaving it behind when we left. Not a big expense, but unneccessary.

This apartment was clean and the location is great. You can walk to the square in minutes and take trams and busses from there easily. Tons of restaurants and shops all walking distance.
The apartment is on the 6th floor, as they mention, but that is actually 97 steep steps! More like the 10th floor..... so just make sure this is ok with you.
The parking was not explained by the owner. They left us 2 passes, 1 for 3 days and 1 for 1 day but no explanation. When leaving the car park they did now accept the 1 day pass as we were supposed to "leave the garage with the car on the 3rd day and re enter with the new 1 day pass". No one told us this. We were therefore charged for 1 day parking which was 35 Euros! Very disappointment with this process.
