The apartment is located on the first floor of the building without an elevator. Perfect for couples, small families, or groups of friends looking for a convenient stay in a prestigious area of Lisbon.
Please note that the street of the apartment is strictly pedestrian.
As it is a tourist area with plenty of movement and restaurants, exterior noise is to be expected.

The apartment features an interior bedroom (without windows) with a comfortable double bed.
￫ Bathroom
The apartment features a bathroom with a shower.
￫ Living Room
The living room has a flat-screen TV, a comfortable sofa bed, and a lovely view of the street.
￫ Kitchen
The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, stove, iron, microwave, and coffee maker (coffee not included).
￫ The property is self-catered. Basic items are provided for your arrival, including hygiene products for the first day, toilet paper, etc. These items are offered as a courtesy only - replacements or replenishments are not included.
￫ Bed linen and towels are provided according to the number of confirmed guests in your reservation. For stays longer than 7 nights, an additional bed and bath kit will be provided free of charge at check-in.
￫The cleaning fee included in your reservation covers only the check-out cleaning. Extra cleanings or additional linen exchanges can be requested during your stay and are subject to an extra fee - these requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
￫Check-in starts at 14:00 and check-out must be done by 11:00. Upon departure, please place the keys inside the lockbox.
￫ During your stay, the guest is responsible for the proper use and safekeeping of the property's keys. Please avoid leaving the keys in the lock or mailbox. In case of technical assistance needed for door opening or in case of damage to the keys and/or lock, the costs resulting from this service will be borne by the guest. In situations of key loss, a penalty will apply.
￫ The property is equipped with noise level monitoring sensors. This system performs advanced analysis, ensuring the privacy of our guests as no cameras are used and no sound is recorded. Only noise levels are measured, thus ensuring the tranquility and comfort of everyone during their stay.
￫ A crib and baby chair are available upon request and are subject to an additional cost.
￫ For stays equal to or longer than 28 days, monthly consumption above €150 will be charged separately. By making the reservation, the guest agrees to these terms.
