The property is nestled in the countryside, surrounded by chestnut groves and a Merlot vineyard, where you’ll find a pergola equipped with a grill that you’re welcome to use freely. We’ve made eco-sustainability our top priority. We have a pellet boiler, combined with solar thermal panels and photovoltaic panels. Four vacation apartments in a quiet and relaxing setting are perfect for unwinding with lovely walks in the woods with your four-legged friend, but they’re also ideal for those who want to explore Ticino and the city of Bellinzona. The apartments are high-end, finished with attention to the smallest details and equipped with all the amenities for an unforgettable stay. The apartments are equipped with cable TV, free fiber-optic Wi-Fi throughout the apartment, a Bluetooth-enabled bathroom mirror, a shower with water jets and chromotherapy, a fully equipped kitchen, and coil heating. Apartments 3 and 4 also feature two private outdoor Jacuzzis. In the common area, you’ll find everything you need for cleaning, including a washing machine and dryer that you can use free of charge.
