Welcome to our farmhouse on serene Jones Cove. This retreat offers a perfect blend of country charm and coastal beauty, making it an ideal spot for a peaceful getaway in the Acadia Region. The property features the 3-bedroom 1870 farmhouse and waterfront parcel (166 feet of shoreline) across the street, with a meadow path to direct shore access and spectacular views.
There are three bedrooms.
Primary Bedroom: The primary bedroom features a queen size bed and views of the cove.
Second Bedroom: This cozy room includes a comfortable queen-sized bed.
Third Bedroom: Perfect for kids or additional guests, this bedroom offers two twin beds.
Living Area: Relax in the living room after a day of outdoor adventure, complete with TV and ample seating (two couches and love seat).
Office: The first-floor office has a desk with computer monitor, plus a comfortable futon couch that pulls out to a full-size bed.
Kitchen: The fully equipped kitchen has all the essentials for preparing meals.... including lobster pot if you pick up a local catch. Enjoy your morning coffee at the breakfast nook or on the porch overlooking the cove.
Dining Area: Gather around the large dining table that seats eight comfortable, perfect for family dinners or game nights (games and puzzles stored in the dining room closet).
Bathrooms: The farmhouse includes an upstairs bathroom with a clawfoot tub and downstairs bathroom with a shower (towels provided).
Outdoor Space: Step outside to a large, private yard where you can enjoy a BBQ on the porch, relax on the Adirondack chairs with a good book or for bird watching, or have a sunset dinner at the picnic table overlooking Jones Cove. The property includes direct shoreline access to Jones Cove - perfect for exploring the shore at low tide, spectacular sunsets, or bring your kayaks for paddling adventures.
