Shorefront House w/ Views, 14 Mi to Acadia NP

A wonderful place to slow down for a few days. A big back porch, grass to play on, shore line to explore, beautiful sunsets, misty mornings, fire pit, and views of Cadillac mountain across the bay. If you want to feel like you are at the family seaside home in upstate Maine, this is the place to be. The Schoodic Peninsula is quite, out of the way, and worth the trip. Half of Acadia National Park, the quite side, is just a short drive down the road. This is a place I would love to bring the family to again and stay for a few days longer.

All was great!

The house was just perfect and the location on the water was amazing. The host was super responsive and friendly. We even had an outdoor firepit for a fire which was cozy.

location, directly at the shore was great distance to main Acadia National Park more than 14MI, Bar Harbor 50 min drive

Four bedrooms, but one located in an add-on patio - not very comfortable Furniture/facility is already getting old, would need some renovation and update

Great setting and view of Flanders Bay. House had plenty of space and the recently painted walls look great.

Geese have completely taken over the lawn and their excrement made it hard to casually use the yard.
