Bayside Retreat Near Acadia

My visitors love the peace and quiet on my four acre oceanfront lot. The home is comfortable with three bedrooms sleeping 6. Ocean views are gorgeous with perennial gardens, hammock, dock, and two swingsWatch eagles, blue herons and osprey fly overhead and see seals swim and sunbath in the calm bay. Enjoy a gorgeous sunset after your busy day visiting all that Mt Dessert Island and Acadia National Park and Down east Maine have to offer.

I include two bikes and two kayaks. Lots of outdoor furniture and fantastic kitchen with amazing views as well as Viking stove!

This area not only provides peaceful Flanders Bay but some of the best hikes and sweet ponds with beaches anywhere! Schoodic Penninsula is amazing just 15 min.

When you walk in the front door you are greeted with Flanders Bay panoramic views. This bay is calm and perfect for kayaking! The 12 ft tide provides a variety of scenery all day long. Rest in a hammock, enjoy the deck, kiddie pool, and fire pit. The home provides 2 queen bedrooms and connected bedroom downstairs with two twins or king bed with crib and PAC n play available. Two more twin beds are an option in lofts upstairs. 2 full baths but our private outdoor shower is very popular. You'll love cooking on the Viking gas stove and beautiful views from kitchen sink. The home is conveniently located just off scenic rt 1A. Travel east to Schoodic Peninsula or west to Acadia national park, all within 15 -35 minutes. Lots of fine dining and casual food restaurants locally and lobster within a short walk from the house.

My home has two residences. A studio apartment over the detached garage and the 3 bedroom home. Both are rented or I may occupy the studio while my home is rented.

I have games, puzzles, yard games, baby pools and are equipped with all you'd want to enjoy your stay like it was your own vacation home. It is all here for you in 30 minutes in every direction!!!
