All reservation cancellations, regardless of when they are made, are subject to a 3.5% cancellation fee on the total amount before taxes. This fee covers the non-refundable credit card processing costs incurred at the time your reservation is booked.
Cancellations made 30 days or more prior to the scheduled check-in date will receive a 100% refund of all amounts paid, less the 3.5% cancellation fee.
Cancellations made fewer than 30 days prior to the scheduled check-in date are non-refundable. No refund will be issued.

The condo/townhome has wonderful natural light and sliding doors that allow breezes to come in which was really nice. Unfortunately the noise from the other adjoining units was really an issues. There is no sound proofing and I could hear the person coughing and using the toilet in the adjoining studio apartment, and the stomping and voices and furniture moving from the family of 4 in the unit above me woke me up most mornings between 6:30am-8am. You can hear full blown conversations because there is no sound proofing. Also, the parking lot runs up to the back yard, which the photos do not show, along with a public path on the side of the unit and in front, so there is no privacy. On a positive note, it was wonderful to have a full kitchen and the location is great for the Northshore area.

We enjoyed our stay. The living space was very roomy and it was a comfortable space. The only problem was we payed for air conditioning and it only worked in the bedroom, it didn't work in the living room. Other than that the location was perfect! We would definitely stay here again.
