About this apartment rental
Come and relax in our newly renovated, two bed, two bath condominium on Kauai's famous North Shore. Adventures abound so rest assured our place will be your spot to rejuvenate. Surrounded by cool coastal towns like Kilauea and Hanalei, Puamana is centrally located within Princeville with beaches and shops a short walk or drive away. Enjoy world class golf, hiking, surfing, restaurants, and beaches surrounding the quiet Princeville community.
Our Puamana condo is a great option for privacy, with 1,300 total sq ft and split between two floors, you'll never have any other guests above or below you during your stay. The condo has an elevated loft/bedroom and another bedroom downstairs, both with large closets.
The upstairs, master suite has a king bed, dresser, a walk in closet and private full bath, and balcony with mountain views. Enjoy your coffee in the palm trees with the table and chairs setup with mountain views. Also a pull out couch and desk.
Downstairs bedroom has a queen bed, dresser, and two large sliding closets. A small, teak table and chairs setup on the small patio just outside.
Large dining and living rooms with elevated ceilings make this spacious unit feel that much more comfortable. The living room couch also offers a pullout queen mattress. An office/work area under the open stairway and additional desk in the bedroom offer plenty of spots to setup and work (if needed). New appliances as of November 2023
The backyard living space has dining for four, a grill and an additional couch that folds down flat if wanted or needed for additional seating.
It's hard to beat the Puamana location with public beach access less than a half a mile away, something that is rare in Princeville. Everything else you need is either at the Westin right next door or Princeville center, less than a mile away.
In addition to the other listed amenities, we provide some more noteworthy items, including:
- Pack'n'play (no sheet provided)
- Inglesina hanging highchair
- Full set of golf clubs
- Two surfboards
- Hiking poles
- All sorts of beach gear, snorkels, umbrellas and chairs
- Yoga mat and blocks
- Bob baby jogger/stroller (single)
- Toddler hiking backpack
- Mens Large Bike
- Inflatable Paddleboard
- Yoga Mats
All of these items can be found in our outside storage area, next to the dining table. Traveling with golf clubs can be a bit much, especially when traveling with kids, so enjoy these and save yourself some money and trouble...the Makai Course is worth it! Ping G400 Driver, Taylormade irons, Vokey wedges, Odyssey Putter.

This was the perfect place in Princeville for our family to take off on our adventures. The kids loved the big beds next to each other with their own bathroom and meeting the neighbor cats while hunting for lizards in the garden. Mom and dad enjoyed having their own space, places to share family meals inside and outside, and the cleanliness of the condo. The place has all the ocean gear you could want plus more for biking, toddlers, babies, and preparing meals. Nonstick cookware passed my scrabbled eggs test and everything was well stocked in the kitchen too. You can walk to the beach, but it's a steep trail and easier to just drive with all the gear; we liked Anini with the shade and sea turtles. AC was nice as it was upper 80s and muggy while we were there. Great communication and instructions, nice neighborhood, and felt luxurious and homey at the same time. Loved it and mahalo!

We brought our 3 kiddos here for an unforgettable stay on Kauai’s north shore. Our stay in this lovely condo was perfect, and the owner was such a fantastic host! Communication was never a problem, and we had everything we needed and more. A well-supplied kitchen made cooking meals at home our preferred option, and being able to do laundry at home was essential. The condo is in a delightful location in such a beautiful town, and sunrise walks were easy and created such great memories. I highly recommend this particular condo for many reasons, but Dan (the owner) is a huge part of that; he has so thoughtfully made us feel welcome and addressed everything we needed. Thank you!
