About this house rental
Totally new throughout at arguably the best location in all of Sealodge - oceanfront, end-unit on the vista bluff, looking down the coast over the Anini Reef six miles to the Kilauea lighthouse.
This 2BR (2 Kings or 1 King and 2 Twins), 2BA (ensuite), 2 story condo, completely remodeled with lifeproof laminate floors, custom cabinets, quartz counters, stainless steel appliances, ceiling fans in all rooms, light fixtures, all new subway tile bathrooms, fixtures, gorgeous, high end furniture and accessories. The interior is now as spectacular as the view.
No parties or additional guests allowed. Noise complaint fines - As this home is in close proximity to residential neighbors, it is imperative that noise levels be kept to a minimum throughout your stay, and that you honor the noise curfews of 9 pm through 8 am. This means, any disruptive noises, such as screaming, children playing loudly, talking/laughing loudly, at any time, may solicit a complaint from the neighbors. We ask that you manage your noise levels appropriately. If there are complaints re: noise, you will be contacted and informed of the type of noise that is a disturbance. If there are additional complaints, you may be charged up to $500 (in PV, the first noise complaint, if received from the PV patrol, is automatically $200). If there are further complaints, after multiple warnings and lo you will be asked to leave the property.

So beautiful! Great view- decor was on point. Clean and just a great place to stay. Could sit on that porch for hours. Do yourself a favor and sleep with the window open and listen to the waves crashing in the distance

Walking into the unit it’s absolutely beautiful. I’ts furnished very modern and quite darling. But it’s very small tight quarters. If you don’t mind staring at your partner from any point of the house, this house won’t bother you. For us, we just felt a little stuck together. Also, not much privacy when getting out of bed. Woke up in the nude and “Hello neighbor through the kitchen window” We couldn’t shut the bathroom door while using the bathroom (it’s that small) and we didn’t have hot water just warm. The water pressure in these showers is that of the Kauai’s morning mist - no fun. The beds were comfy, the decor was beautiful and the sunrise is epic!
Unfortunately we had fire evacuations back at home that called for us to leave our trip early. Also something to keep in mind you will benListening to the entire complex coming and going, doors slamming and the people walking the wooden pathways. All in all, it’s cute but very small and we didn’t have much privacy.
