About this house rental
This Sand Hill Cove cottage is perfect for a group of 5 guests. A cozy space, with all the amenities one would expect from a beach home including full kitchen, living room, washer/dryer, outdoor shower and gas grill! Best of all, it is just a short distance to one of Narragansett's favorites, Roger Wheeler Beach!
This home is professionally managed by Narragansett Properties, we are available to guests as needed.
Enjoy the waves of the Atlantic and large boardwalk and pavilion area, walk the rocks and fish off Black Point or just relax on the deck or in the large backyard of this cozy home. Roger Wheeler Beach is only 1/2 mile from the property.
Sunset Farm is nearby, kids will love visiting the animals. The farm store sells fresh vegetables and fruit, pies, jellies, cookies, meat and made to order food items.
The Block Island ferry is just a couple miles away, where visitors can ride on the fast ferry, or larger traditional ferry to Block Island.
The cottage includes and open living room and kitchen, a small dining area, small patio and grill. The first bedroom holds a Queen bed, while the second houses a full and twin sized bed. A full bathroom and washer/dryer provide added convenience for small groups, utilizing the space. Mini splits provide a comfortable cool space inside, while an additional outdoor shower is a great option for beachgoers!
Bed sheets, bath towel sets, hand towels, kitchen towels, and bathmats will arrive in a big linen bag at your doorstep. The items are packaged in plastic to ensure that each renter is given a fresh set for their stay. This will mean making the beds, as I like to make sure that is understood as part of our efforts to put our renters' minds at ease regarding the cleanliness of the linens. Starter supplies are provided with each rental. Starter sets include at least: one roll of paper towels, one roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, one dishwasher pod, one laundry pod, three trash bags, a new sponge, and small bars of hand soap in each bathroom. Guests will need to bring anything they'll need beyond those starter supplies.

The cottage had everything we needed. Very clean,well stocked and loved the outdoor shower! The location was perfect- close to a lot of places! Beaches were VERY close. We had a great week and would stay there again! Thank you!

We really enjoyed our stay in Point Judith. The property was great, very comfortable, quiet and extremely clean.
The beach was a convenient short walk away.
We would definitely stay here again.

My husband passed away in the early morning the day I was to checkin. Family and friends insisted I still go on my vacation. The house was my solitude and my way to connect with my feelings and to deal with what had just happened. Easy to get to, easy to walk to the beach and great food restaurants were in walking distance. I could come and go as i needed. Renting this house was excellent and anyone who does will not be disappointed.

Very comfy, SPOTLESS and well equipped cottage. Easy 5 minute walk to the west end of Sand Hill Cove beach. 25 min walk to ferry in Galilee. Our second stay. After years of vacation rental experiences, this is the ONLY place we have returned to. Visted Pt Judith Light to watch the surfers, Block Island, Portsmouth Rail Explorers, and family on Great Island. We enjoyed the tv and huge couch the brief amt of time we spent in the cottage at night. Plumbing, Dishwasher, washer and dryer, refrigerator all well-cleaned and in good working order. Dusted high and low. Hope to return next year.
